Forms of Payment:
We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit cards and checks as payment for your order. (Debit at bead shows and truck sales)
Shipping Policies:
I ship first class with delivery confirmation through the Canadian Post Office. $150 and over, I will ship priority mail. Unless, otherwise noted, I generally ship with in 24-48 hours.
Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

International Orders: I cannot ship Kazuri Internationally, all other products can be shipped outside of Canada. Shipping is an estimate based on past experience. I will endeavour to find the most reasonable way to ship while keeping your valuable products safe. If you need a different shipping method, please contact me or call me at 778-996-9334
Volume Discount Information:
Empress Beads offers a volume discount to all customers and does not require a business license to take advantage of these great discounts! Our shopping cart will automatically deduct your discount when you check out.
Discount Levels on Kazuri Beads only, (excluding shipping charges):
- For orders over $350 - receive a 30% discount
- For orders over $1300 - receive a 50% discount
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
I accept returns as follows:
If it is my error I will replace order with no additional shipping or handling fees. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. If you are not pleased for any reason a full credit, refund, or exchange will be granted for items returned in original packaging and condition. Shipping and handling charges will apply.
